| 摘 要： | 高职院校在高校扩招以来,学生党建工作面临一系列问题,一方面学生党员的思想政治工作难度加大,另一方面部分学生党员的党性不高、学生党员的教育机制也存在问题;因此高职院校应该针对自身特点与办学规律,构建学生党建工作的新体系,强化学生党员的培养与再教育机制。

| Abstract: | With the wide enrollment of higher education,there're a series of issues about the Party construction of students. On one aspect the ideological and political work is harder than before;on the other hand the making of some student Party members decreased,at the same time, the issue of the mechanism of training to the student Party members turns serious.Therefore,technical institutes should build a new Party construction system of students and strengthen the training and retraining system of the student Party members based on running rules and the characteristics of themselves. |
