| 摘 要： | 高职院校青年教师是大学生的人生导师,他们的理想信念、职业形象直接影响着大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的塑成。当前,少数青年教师缺乏政治信仰、理想信念淡漠、缺少教师职业情感,个别教师言行失范,这些都会直接影响到大学生的成才、成长。所以,加强高职院校青年教师理想信念教育显得尤为重要。提出高职院校青年教师理想信念教育要制度化、人性化、常态化,教育内容要系统化,教育形式要多样化。
