| 摘 要： | 通过2009年河南省大学生田径运动会期间对教练员、领队、运动员的问卷调查及专家访谈，对河南省大学生田径运动员的生源状况、学习与训练之间的矛盾，目前运动训练中心理训练的状况，对教练员的年龄、职称、执教状况，教练员运动训练过程中心理训练的实施状况进行了解分析，旨在引起人们对大学生高水平田径运动员心理训练的重视与后续研究。

| Abstract: | With the questionnaire survey and the expert interview conducled during 2009 College Track Meeting in Henan Province,this paper analyzes not only the factors about the conflict between study and train- ing,the athletes＂ psychological training conditions,but also the ones about the age,the professional title of coaches,whether the psychological training has been carried out effectively ,and so on. It is hoped that more weight can be attached to college track athelets＂ psychological training and the sequel research. |
