| 摘 要： | 在职业教育快速发展的同时,职业院校管理中出现了许多新情况、新问题,迫切要求在行政管理的模式上进行创新改革。本文在对职业院校行政管理现状进行了系列考察的基础上,对职业院校行政管理创新的必要性进行了论述,并提出了现阶段职业院校行政管理创新的具体思路。

| Abstract: | In recent years,more and more attention is paid to the development of various types of vocational education in china. With the rapid development of vocational education,many new situations and new problems in the management of vocational schools appear and reform of the administrative management models is urgently needed. Based on a series of study to the administrative status of vocational school,this article dis-cusses necessity of administrative innovation in vocational college and made specific suggestion on the innovation management of Vocational college. |
