| 摘 要： | 《学校职业教育与企业的合作沟通机制研究》是经专家审定立项的山西省教育科学＂十一五＂规划课题,在将近两年时间里,课题组通过走访调查晋城市外资企业对人才质量与规格的需求情况,发现校企合作中存在的问题,并通过分析找到解决问题的途径,促成学院与企业合作意向的达成。总结经验、提出建议,形成研究报告,在实践中创新机制,力图为山西省高职院校的改革与发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | ＂Research on Cooperation Mechanism between Higher Vocational Technology Institutes and Enterprises＂ was approved as one of the issues of the ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ of Shanxi Education and Science Research. In two years,task group members investigated the demand situation of foreign-funded enterprises on graduates,analyzed the problems in the course of cooperation between our school and enterprises and tried to find a solution to the problems to promote the agreement of cooperation intention between our institute and enterprises. The issue is reviewed as a reference for the development of higher vocational education of Shanxi province. |
