| Abstract: | The value of network supervision is to protect the Internet＇s usefulness for people . The effective realization of the network supervision relies on the scientific analysis of the legal relationship of this supervision. Network supervising system suitable for our national situation should be established to meet the need of information development and the construction of harmonious society. |
