| 摘 要： | 隐性知识是图书馆的宝贵资源；隐性知识在全馆范围内共享会极大提高图书馆的核心竞争力；而共享效率主要受隐性知识特性、当事人的能力、激励水平和信任程度等因素影响；要成功共享隐性知识，需要搭建交流平台，建立学习机制、激励机制以夏塑造优秀的图书馆组织文化。

Hidden knowledge sharing in the whole library will greatly enhance the core competitiveness of the library; However, Efficiency of the sharing mainly based on the impact of factors such as the characteristics of hidden knowledge, client capabilities, incentive levels and the degree of trust, To share hidden knowledge successfully, it is necessary to build communication platform, learning mechanism, incentive mechanism and the shape of outstanding library cultural. |
