| 摘 要： | 在计划经济向市场经济转变的时期 ,由于金钱名利的诱惑和极端个人主义等错误思潮的影响 ,兴奋剂的滥用成为阻碍竞技体育健康发展的最大障碍。我国体育界严格贯彻“三严”原则 ,在宣传、预防和打击兴奋剂等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的工作。
