| Abstract: | In order to make our Party keep vibrant and dynamic all the time, it should establish the long-lasting systems to guarantee the positive result of maintaining the advanced education of Communist Party Members from the following aspects: the system of democratic life and participation within Party, the system of Party members recruitment and management, and the system of the learning and education,check-up and supervision,rewards and punishment of Party members. |
