| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,以河北省邢台学院和军需学院2004~2005级在校大学生为调查对象,对大学生在体育运动中产生运动损伤的情况、原因进行调查和分析,对大学生参加体育锻炼提出一些合理性建议,力求减少运动损伤的发生。

| Abstract: | Adopting documentary approach and questionnaire approach,the causes of sports injuries of college students were investigated and analyzed,objects being from Xingtai University and Xingtai Vocational and Technical College.This article gives some reasonable suggestions to college students on physical training in order to decrease the sports injuries. |
