| 摘 要： | 焦虑和抑郁是现代人心理健康的杀手，而生活压力是其共同的根源，学会以合理的思维方式和信念面对压力和生活事件是现代心理治疗的重要方法。本文结合埃利斯的理性——情绪疗法以及弗兰克的意义治疗法等心理治疗理论和方法，阐释道家顺应自然、安时处顺、祸福相倚等思想对于缓解焦虑、抑郁心理的启示。

| Abstract: | Anxiety and depression are the two killers of people's psychological health in contemporary times, stress and pressure from life being their common root cause. Learning to face stress and pressure and confront events in life with reasonable thinking modes and beliefs is considered to be an important remedy for curing diseases of modern psychology. By referring to such theories and methods in relation to psychological treatment as Alice' s rational - and - emotional remedies and Frank's significant reme-dies , this paper expounds and explains the enlightenment of the ideas of the Taoist School for relaxation of one's anxiety tendency and depressed psychology. Its relevant ideas are as follows: talcing everything easy and accepting natural events; handling matters or events properly by arranging suitable time; good fortune lies within bad and bad fortune lurks within good. |
