| 摘 要： | 金属软管批量试压装置是把一组软管快速卡紧,使用气缸提供动力,把软管接头与锥形气源接口压紧;利用举升机构举起透明水槽,将软管浸没水中;通过计算机记录数据来判断软管漏气情况,确定软管是否合格.使用此装置可以解决手工试压劳动强度大、效率低等问题.

| Abstract: | The testing unit of bulk metal hose pressure is a group of fast clamping hoses,powered by a cylinder. The hose and conical air outlet are connected. The transparent tank lifting mechanism is lifted, the hose submerged in water. The computer records the data to determine any hose leak. This can solve the labor-intensive and low efficiency problems by hand pressure tests. |
