| 摘 要： | 劳动教育随着时代变化而不断更新,其内涵也越来越丰富和完善。在小学阶段,劳动教育的深入开展对学生的劳动观念形成、劳动习惯培养具有重要意义。本文从小学劳动教育现状入手,指出存在的不足,分析新时代下小学劳动教育的必要性,并从小学学校领导层面提出具体教学建议。

| Abstract: | Labor education is constantly updated with the changes of the times,and its connotation is becoming more and more abundant and perfect.At the elementary level,the in-depth development of labor education is of great significance to the formation of students'labor concepts and the cultivation of labor habits.This article starts with the status quo of primary school labor education,points out the shortcomings,analyzes the necessity of primary school labor education in the new era,and puts forward specific teaching suggestions from the primary school leadership level. |
