摘    要:传统教学观念下教师的教学思维较为僵化,学生在学习过程中也缺乏创新能力和自主思考能力,导致整体数学课堂教学单调乏味。而新课改背景下要求教学过程中不仅要指导学生掌握基础的知识内容、学会运用知识解决实际问题,还要运用合理的教学方法进一步提高学生的学科核心素养和综合能力。所以为了达到初中数学教育目标,需要教师针对目前数学教学中存在的问题进行分析,并通过与学生沟通了解学生在学习发展过程中的实际需求,结合多种教学方法对现有的课堂教学进行创新优化,促使教学更具创意性和有效性。

Abstract:Under the traditional teaching concept,the teaching thinking of teachers is relatively rigid,the students also lack the ability of innovation and independent thinking in the learning process,which leads to the monotony and boring of overall mathematics classroom teaching.In the context of the new curriculum reform,the teaching process requires not only to guide students to master basic knowledge content,learn to use knowledge to solve practical problems,but also to use reasonable teaching methods to further improve students'core literacy and comprehensive ability.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of junior high school mathematics education,teachers need to analyze the current problems in mathematics teaching,communicate with students to understand the actual needs of students in the process of learning and development,and combine a variety of teaching methods to innovate existing classroom teaching optimization makes teaching more creative and effective.
