| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]为了探索突发事件中网络社会资本对受众认知偏差的影响机制,以便有效实现对突发事件舆论偏差进行监控与治理。方法/过程]以桥接型资本与黏合型资本为自变量,认知偏差为因变量,结构性级联与关系性级联为中介变量构建研究理论模型,通过问卷调查法对相关数据进行采集,采用结构方程模型方法,并借助AMOS22.0及STATA统计软件对数据进行处理和分析。结果/结论]研究发现:a.桥接型社会资本及黏合型资本通过关系性级联和结构性级联中介作用对受众认知偏差产生显著正向影响,且桥接型资本通过两中介变量对受众认知偏差的影响,大于黏合型资本通过两中介变量对受众认知偏差的影响。b.在个体层面,用户投射性认同在关系性级联对受众认知偏差影响路径中存在显著正向调节效应;在群体层面,群体协同性在结构性级联对受众认知偏差影响路径中存在显著正向调节效应。c.网络社会资本对受众认知偏差的影响效应,在性别、年龄及学历人口统计学上存在显著性差异。最后,对研究结果进行分析和讨论,并指出了研究价值及未来展望。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]In order to seek for the influence mechanism of cognitive bias,and enhance the dissemination of positive information,the paper explores the relationship between social capital and cognitive bias.Method/Process]With bridge social capital and bonding social capital as independent variables,cognitive bias as dependent variable,relational cascade and structural cascade as mediating variables,projective identification and group synergy as moderating variables,the paper constructed influence mechanism model of effect of social capital on cognitive bias in network emergency.And the sample data was obtained through questionnaire survey,and was analyzed using SEM and Multilevel model with AMOS22.0 and STATA.Result/Conclusion]It concluded that bridge social capital and bonding social capital have significant positive effect on cognitive bias through mediating variables relational cascade and structural cascade,projective identification and group synergy have significant positive moderating effect on impact of relational cascades and structural cascade on cognitive bias.Besides,there is differential effect of social capital on cognitive bias between gender,age and education.And finally,the paper analyzed and discussed the research results,and indicated the theoretical and practical implication of the research conclusion. |
