| 摘 要： | 美人蕉种子硬实率高达94.7%,用常规方法来处理美人蕉种子,其发芽率极低.而采用98%的浓硫酸对美人蕉的种子进行处理,其发芽率得到了极大的提高.其中,用98%浓硫酸处理种子120 min的效果最好,其萌发率达到了100%,且种子发芽时间也大大缩短.

| Abstract: | Because the proportion of hard seeds of Canna L.is as high as 94.7%,Canna L.seeds have a very low germination percentage when treated with the routine method.To raise its germination percentage,98% concentrated sulfuric acid was used to treat its seeds.The experimental result shows that the germination percentage of seeds treated with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 120 minutes can reach 100%.Such treatment not only raised the germination percentage of seeds but also shortened the time for germination. |
