| 摘 要： | 义齿加工行业需要大量的技术技能型专门人才，但是，高职口腔医学技术专业的学生在就业中存在较高比例的不对口就业及改行现象。通过对泰州职业技术学院口腔医学技术专业历届毕业生的调查，对学生就业情况及形成原因进行分析，建议学校方面可采取加大专业宣传力度、加强入学教育、进行专业认知实习、专业思想教育贯穿教学全过程、重视职业生涯规划、提升学生就业能力、加强实习基地建设、指导学生转变就业观念等对策，提高对口就业率、减少改行现象。

| Abstract: | Denture processing industry needs a large number of technical skilled talents, however, higher propor- tion of the wrong job and the phenomenon of changing jobs is existed in the oral technology professional gradu- ates . Through the survey of previous graduates, analyze the employment situation and the reasons , suggest that the authority increase the professional publicity , strengthen the entrance education , recognize profession , en- hance the professional education thought, pay attention to the professional plan, promote students＇ employment ability, strengthen the construction of practice base, guide students to change employment idea and so on. |
