| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对徐州地区高职院校体育教师现状进行调查研究，发现目前高职院校体育教师课务量偏重、培训少、激励制度少等主要问题，针对高职院校和学生的实际情况，探讨适合高职院校体育教师发展的途径。

| Abstract: | Using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,to research the status of physical education teachers of vocational schools in Xuzhou,found that the current Vocational Curriculum amount of emphasis on physical education teachers,training less and less incentive system major problem for students in vocational institutions and the actual situation of the development of physical education teachers for vocational schools the way. |
