基于战略联盟知识获取的企业核心竞争力建设 ——以日产汽车公司为例

摘    要:简述战略联盟对企业核心竞争力的促进作用,分析影响战略联盟知识获取的6类因素,以日产汽车公司为例着重从无形资产重组、技术协同、销售支持和员工培训等方面探讨基于战略联盟知识获取的企业核心竞争力建设问题。得出的结论是,企业通过战略联盟的知识获取可以构建新的核心竞争力或维持与巩固原有的核心竞争力。

Abstract:After introducing the promoting effect of strategic alliances on enterprise's core competencies and analyzing the 6 factors which influence the knowledge acquisition through strategic alliances, this paper discusses the construction of enterprise's core competencies based on knowledge acquisition through strategic alliances with the example of Nissan Motor Company in the aspects of intangible asset reorganization, technology coordination, sale supporting, and employee training. In the end, the paper draws the conclusion that enterprises could improve or get a new core competency based on knowledge acquisition through strategic alliances.
