| 摘 要： | 案例分析课程教学质量管理的主要内容就是在影响案例教学质量外在变量既定的前提下,一方面通过重塑和提升各个内在变量的质量状态并加以整合协调,另一方面是规范、监督与评价案例分析课程的教学过程.而遵循PDCA循环的程序,经过策划、实施、检查、处理几个阶段,则是管理类案例分析课程的教学质量改进路径.

| Abstract: | Based on the relevant theories of quality management,this paper pays attention to the teaching quality management of case analysis course of management category and its quality improvement.The paper first analyzes the formation and influence variables of teaching process quality,and then discusses the contents of teaching quality management.Besides,it offers the suggestions on the teaching quality improvement for case analysis course of management category. |
