新疆高师少数民族女大学生就业难原因及对策研究

摘    要:自1997年全国高校扩招,大学生就业形势越来越严峻,其中少数民族女大学毕业生作为新疆优秀劳动力资源,此问题尤为突出。为了更好地促进少数民族女大学生顺利就业,文章从社会因素和女大学生自身因素等内外两大方面对高师少数民族女大学生就业难的原因做了深层次分析,以探索出比较理想的培养少数民族女大学生就业的途径和方法,在建设和谐社会的今天显得尤为重要。

Abstract:Since the enlarging enrollment in 1997,the graduate employment status has become more and more serious,especially the status for female graduates of ethnic minorities.The present paper delves profoundly into the reasons why there are such difficulties of employment for the female minority graduates from two as-pects---the social factors and the graduates themselves,so as to find a good way to the cultivation of the fe-male minority college students.
