| 摘 要： | 宪法是国家的根本法。我国宪法中有关＂文化＂一词的规定和使用,是党和国家关于文化制度、文化政策、文化建设的基本立场和基本政策,是我们认识文化、理解文化和使用文化的法律依据。文化是个系统的整体,宪法中广义的文化概念是对文化的＂人化＂特征的宏观性把握,其对应物是＂自然＂;中义的文化概念是对文化的＂精神性＂特征的中观性把握,其对应物是＂物质文化＂;狭义的文化概念是对文化的＂意识形态＂特征的微观性把握,其对应物是＂经济形态和政治形态＂;渺义的文化概念是对文化的＂行政性＂特征的渺观性把握,其对应物是＂科学和教育＂;小文化概念是对文化的＂知识性＂特征的直观性把握,其对应物是＂无知识＂。
