| 摘 要： | 学生公寓是高职院校党建工作的重要阵地。高职院校学生公寓存在"以管代教"、"政工缺位"、"文化缺失"、"言行失范"等问题,本文通过阐述建立党员工作站来落实高职院校党建工作进公寓,实现党团组织思想引领,培养学生自我管理、自我服务、自我教育能力,推动养成教育与学风建设,使学生公寓党员工作站成为高职院校党建工作的开展的途径。
