| 摘 要： | 高职教育与本科院校错位发展,是战略思想的创新。高职教育必须找准自己的定位,即培养职业岗位的银领和高技能人才。它不能将培养目标放在学术型、工程类人才或“专升本”上面。高职教育必须与职业资格证书制度结合。当前解决职业资格证书制度实践中的一些问题,可以使高职教育按照错位发展战略更好地发展下去。

| Abstract: | It's an innovation of strategic thought for the higher vocational education to find a different orientation of development from the general higher education.The direction of higher vocational education is to foster the silver collars of the professional post and the people with high technique.It cannot focus the goal on cultivating the person with scientific or technical knowledge or even on the further education.Higher vocational education must combine with the system of professional qualification certificate.It can make higher vocational education grow well by solving the problems about the system of professional qualification certificate. |
