| 摘 要： | 培养本科层次应用型人才，既是经济社会发展和国家对高等教育人才培养的要求，也是新建本科高校自身生存与发展的需要。而当下该培养目标的实现不仅面临着来自高校内部观念与师资等短期内难以突破的障碍，更遭遇着实践路径之困境。要突破这些障碍与困境，务必在转变内部观念与加强队伍建设的同时，优化外部环境。

| Abstract: | Fostering university applied talent, it meets the need of economical society development and nation fostering for university talents, the need of exist and development for newly-built university. At present, the reality of fostering plan faces the problems with inner ideals and lack top talents. On its way, it is much more difficult in practice. Solving the problems, we should shift inner ideals and better outer environment with strengthening teachers group construction. |
