| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法与数理统计法 ,对福建省少年儿童体操运动的发展现状进行了研究。结果表明 :我省从事少年儿童体操训练的人数明显增多 ,各组别成绩有不同程度的提高 ,尤其是男子甲、乙组 ,女子乙、丁组运动员获高分人数增多了。但各组别运动员都有明显的弱项 ,整体实力不强。建议完善我省业余训练与竞赛改革 ,加强运动员的基本姿态与基本技术的系统训练 ,提高运动员身体素质与完成动作的能力

| Abstract: | In this paper, applying the methods of documents and statistics, the current situations of artistic gymnastics development for juveniles and infants in Fujian province were analyzed. The results showed:the population of juveniles and infants engaged in gymnastics training increased obviously in Fujian province, achievements of all levels advanced in certain extent during competition, especially the athletes of the first and second male groups, the second and fourth female groups, which obtained higher points in competition increased. On the other hand, the athletes in all groups obviously performed weakly on some apparatus, and the integral strength was not powerful. So the author suggested to perfect amateur training and to reform for competition in province, to intensify the systemic drills of the athletes fundamental gesture and skills, to enhance the athletes physical quality and the capabilities for performing skills. |
