| 摘 要： | 长期以来，学业考试中的主要问题表现在于学生的学习心态、考试动机以及教学与管理等方面，而对于学业考试制度本身的改革与完善并没有使得这些问题得到有效解决。究其原因，既有学业考试成绩管理制度不合理，也有人们对学业考试功能的认识产生异化，而学校考试文化建设的缺失实为根本原因。解决学业考试问题的策略在于加强考试文化建设。

| Abstract: | During a long time,the main problems of achievement examinations in university concentrate on students’ learning attitude,examination motivation,teaching system and management system. The reform of achievement examination has not solved above-mentioned problems effectively. The direct reasons lie on unreasonable achievement management system and the alienation for the function of academic examinations. However,the fundamental reason is the lack of university cultural construction. The strategy to solve the problems of achievement examination relies on the enhancement of a university’s examination culture construction. |
