| 摘 要： | 图书馆联盟运行中存在各种矛盾和冲突，联盟内部存在系统混乱和内耗风险，各成员馆之间存在多种博弈行为以及联盟中存在着复杂的委托--代理关系，导致图书馆联盟运行中存在多种不稳定性因素。而矛盾管理理论、协同论、博弈论、委托--代理理论等为研究图书馆联盟不稳定性的内在规律、消除联盟的不稳定性因素提供方法指导和解决思路。

| Abstract: | There are various contradiction and conflicts, disorder and risks, game behaviors and complex principal-agent relationships in the function of library consortium, thus lead to the instability of library consortium. However, the theory of contradictory management, the theory of synergetics, the game theory and the principal-agent theory provide method instruction and resolving thoughts for studying the internal law of instability in library consortium and eliminating the instable factors of library consortium. |
