摘    要:通过对生源多样化背景下高职公共外语教学的实际状况和尴尬境地的反思,从教学内容、课堂教学方法、分类分层模式组织、教学资源库等方面提出高职公共外语教学模式的创新和探索,提升高职学生语言实际应用能力和求职、创新能力,推进高职教育公共外语教学改革和发展。

Abstract:Through the reflection of the actual situation and dilemma of vocational English teaching under the background of the characteristics of diversified students,the innovation and exploration of vocational English teaching model is proposed involving the teaching content,the teaching methods,the layered classification model,the teaching resources pool and some other aspects.The innovation and exploration will enhance the students’ ability to use foreign language,to find a good job and to be more innovative.In addition,it will promote the reform and development of vocational English teaching.
