| 摘 要： | 在当前建设创新型国家的背景下,提高高校科研团队的创新能力,是一个迫切需要解决的问题。当前高校科研团队创新方面存在科研目标不明确、运行机制不完善等问题,应进一步明确科研目标,优化成员结构、完善各种管理机制来提高其创新能力。

| Abstract: | In the background of building innovation-oriented country,it is a pressing problem that how modern colleges and universities meet the requirements of the development of modern scientific research and enhance the innovative ability of the research team.This article discusses some useful ways of enhancing the ability to innovate on the basis of the correct understanding of the major problems existing in such as the undear objectives of the redearch and the imperfect operating mechanism,and on the basis of the careful analysis on the internalard external influencing factors. |
