| 摘 要： | 随着独立学院"双语"教学的逐渐展开,独立学院"双语"师资问题也日益凸显。本文认为目前独立学院"双语"教学中师资存在着质与量的缺陷。独立学院应采取有效措施,通过培养途径等来提高"双语"教师的素质,确保"双语"教学的有效开展。

| Abstract: | With the development of bilingual education in independent college,the bilingual teaching staff in independent college become a core element of bilingual education.At present,lack of bilingual teachers and the qualification of bilingual teachers are serious questions in independent college.To ensure bilingual education was carrying out efficiently,it's necessary for independent colleges to take measures to improve the quality of teachers for bilingual education. |
