| 摘 要： | 小康社会的显特征就是丰富的物质和精神化生活及健康的生活方式和健康的生活理念。小康社会的实现需要人的高智商化。高校体育教学是素质教育的重要组成部分，它不仅能促进学生生理素质的发展，更能完善学生的心理素质，提高学生的道德人格。
