| 摘 要： | 农技协与农民专业合作社是目前我国农民专业合作组织的主要形式。本文分析了这类组织的发展现状,并对二者进行了比较研究,在此基础上提出在《农民专业合作社法》下,促进农技协进一步发展的意见和建议。展望农技协与合作社的发展前景,本文认为:在我国广大农村的自然、经济、文化、科技发展不平衡的现实情况下,多种形式、多元模式的农民组织化形式的共同存在、发展是一个必然的阶段,在相当长的历史阶段,农技协与合作社都有着广阔的发展空间,多种类型的农民专业合作组织将共同发展。

| Abstract: | Rural Special Technology Association（RSTA）and Farmer Professional Cooperatives are now the major forms by which our farmer’s special cooperative organizations exist. This paper analyzed their present status, made comparative studies and put forward advice and suggestions on how to further develop of RSTA under the law of the farmer professional cooperatives. The paper looked at the prospect of such organizations and believed that there will naturally a long period during which such organizations exist with multiple forms and modes as our large countryside has many unbalanced characteristics in terms of natural resources, economic developments, cultural heritages, and science and technology stages. So such organizations have a very wide and big prospect and will develop in many forms. |
