| 摘 要： | 从目前我国农民专业合作经济组织发展现状来看,农民专业合作社发展迅速,而农村专业经济协会的发展则停滞不前。农村专业经济协会主要面临认识模糊、法律地位不明、内部管理不规范等问题。新形势下农村专业经济协会的发展出路在于:取得法律地位、加强协会功能宣传,获得政府与社会广泛支持;明确组织功能,加强与合作社的相互融合与协调发展;规范组织管理,增强协会自身发展能力。
