| 摘 要： | 采用文献梳理、问卷调查、实地调查和专家访谈等多种方式,对农村专业技术协会开展农业社会化服务情况进行了较深入的调查。在此基础上,分析了农技协在新型农业社会化服务体系中的作用,及其开展农业社会化服务的优势,进而针对农技协在开展新型农业社会化服务中存在的问题,提出支持农技协发展,促进新型农业社会化服务体系建设的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the agricultural social services provided by the Rural Special Technology Association(RSTA) based on literature studying, questionnaire, field visits, and expert interviews. And then it analyzes the roles, advantages, and issues of such organizations in the new agricultural social service system. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on supporting the development of RSTA to promote the construction of new agricultural social service system. |
