| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师成长成才过程是教师职业生涯的个体社会化过程,是教学科研水平从适应、发展、成熟到创造的过程,是专业精神和自身人格不断完善的过程,是内外因素共同作用的过程。至诚于人生,忠诚于理想,执着于事业,做德正学高、执着奉献的教师是地方高校青年教师的基本修养。立德铸魂、善思敏行,做情操高尚、求真务实的干部是地方高校青年干部的基本修养。
