| 摘 要： | 行业协会的能力,是指行业协会履行职能和满足行业需要所必须具备的知识、经验和技能等。行业协会的能力建设,即行业协会培育行业协会能力的活动和过程,其基本内容包括调查研究能力和人际沟通能力。其建设的途径有:将更多有能力的员工引入组织、提高其能力和文化素质。但是在行业协会财力薄弱、社会价值尚未彰显的时候,政府有必要在财政上予以支持。
