多层次灰色系统评价模型在大学生综合素质评价中的应用

摘    要:大学生综合素质在学生就业中发挥着重要作用,对其进行评价有着重要的实际意义.由于各测评指标之间往往缺少可比性,所以常见的一些测评方法都未能十分合理地反映出学生综合素质的优劣,而多层次灰色系统评价方法可以把相互间互补的不可比的指标变成可比的,能够克服常见测评方法的不足,尤其是对多指标系统的评价更为有效.本文讨论了多层次灰色系统评价模型在大学生综合素质评价中的应用,数据分析表明,评价结果符合实际,说明该方法是可行有效的.
