发动机测试用虚拟仪器的研究应用

摘    要:及时检测发动机的工作状态、并进行相应调整,十分必要、为了保证测试系统的稳定性和功能扩展性,本文采用Lab Windows/CVl测试系统进行发动机台架实验与测试研究。本文介绍了测试系统的硬件平台和软件半台以及实验原理和方法,利用该发动机性能台架测试系统能够实现数据的测量、记录和显示、分析及监控报警,能够充分发挥虚拟仪器技术的优势。

Abstract:It is important to inspect the work condition of engine and to adjust based on the inspection in time. In this paper,the Lab Windows/CVl system is used to test, measure and study the engine frame to ensure the inspection system to have high steady property and function expansibility. The hardware support, software support, experiment principle and test method for the inspection system are introduced. By means of the engine inspection system, the data measurement, record, display,analysis,control and alarm can be carried out,the advantages of virtual instrument can be exerted sufficiently.
