| 摘 要： | 从知识溢出、组织学习及技术创新的路径依赖三个方面分析了集群企业技术创新能力的影响因素。集群企业通过组织学习获取集群内外的知识溢出,从而提升了企业技术创新能力,但同时企业技术创新能力的提升还受到技术创新的路径依赖的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes influence factors of technology innovation ability in cluster enterprises from enterprise knowledge overflow ,organizational learning and knowledge cluster .Cluster enterprise obtains knowledge flow through organizational learning through both inside and outside ,thus promoting its technology innovation ability ,however ,at the same time its technological innovation ability relies on innovation paths . |
