| 摘 要： | 高职国贸专业群，主要以培养“懂业务、精制单、通流程”的高技能、高素质的实用型人才为目标，而当前高职国贸专业群教师队伍建设面临着“双师型”教师队伍技能结构不合理、“双师型”教师素质不高、“双师型”师资建设投入不足的困境。因此建立一支“结构合理、理论知识渊博、专业技能精湛”的双师型师资队伍，是当前高职院校国际贸易专业群建设的主要任务之一。高职院校要实行“引进来与送出去”相结合的策略，聘请企业的专业技术人员作为国贸专业群的兼职教师，这样专兼结合，改善高职教师的技能结构，同时鼓励国贸专业群的专业教师下企业，提高“双师型”教师队伍质量，还要建立健全校企合作、教师激励等相关制度，以保障“双师型”教师队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | International trade majors group of higher voca tional colleges, mainly cultivate these applied talents with high skills and high quality who can understand the business, make the documents skillfully, proficient in the process. But the current construction of teachers team of international trade majors group of higher vocational colleges is facing many questions, such as the double type teachers’ ability structure is unreasonable, the double type teachers＇ quality is not high, the investment on the construction of double type teachers is inadequate. So it is a main task for the construction of international trade majors group of higher vocational colleges to build a double type teaching team with rational structure, rich theory knowledge and exquisite professional skill. Higher vocational colleges should carry out the policy which can combine with introduction and sending out, should hire technical personnel from enterprises as part-time teachers of international trade majors group. Combining with professional and part-time teachers, can improve the structure of the higher vocational teachers＇ skills. At the same time, encouraging the professional teachers to go to the enterprises, can improve the quality of double type teachers. It is also necessary to set up relation systems of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, and encouraging teachers to ensure the construction of double type teacher team. |
