| 摘 要： | 如何提高高校教师教育技术培训绩效已成为教育工作者关注的重要问题。本文通过分析高校教师教育技术培训中所存在的主要问题以及Blog应用于培训中的优势,提出一种在Blog支持下的培训模型,并讨论了其应用策略以及应该注意的问题,期望为提高高校教育技术培训绩效提供一种新思路。

| Abstract: | It has been an important problem for educational workers how to improve teachers’ educational technology training performance in colleges and universities. This article analyzes the main problems in these trainings and main function of prevalent Blog for these trainings, and then proposes a Blog-supported training model. The article also discusses the strategies and noticeable problems during the course of application so as to provide a new approach for the improvement of the trainings in colleges and universities. |
