| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的进一步推进，不同特质的民族文化交流与碰撞日益频繁。人们相互理解与包容的重要性也与日俱增，因此，人在走向社会前的社会化关键阶段即学校受教育阶段就必须更多地接触不同的民族文化以取得最大限度的进步和发展，学校中民族文化共生的问题也就浮出水面。要促进基于理解的民族文化共生，课程改革和教学理念的转变以及新型教学方式的有力实施等便提上了日程。
