| 摘 要： | 本文提出了科技全球化的六大态势：从“位空间”到“流空间”、信息知识增长速度大大超过物质增长速度、智力资源的全球开发得到高度重视、从“零和博奕”向“非零和博奕”、从机械模式到社会模式、从实体到虚拟。深刻理解上述科技全球化发展的六大态势对于制定我国相应对策十分重要。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward six great tre nds on the globalization of science a nd technology,i.e.,from the"space of place"to"space of flow",the growth rate of information and k nowledge exceeds that of materials,special attention paid to the global exploration of intellectual resour ces,from"zero game "to"non -zero game ",from mechanical mode to social mode a nd from reality to virtuality.It is s ignificant to have a sound understan ding on the above in the globalization of s cience and technology when making re levant policies. |
