| 摘 要： | 人力资源是现代企业的第一资源，如何有效地开发和科学地管理人力资源是企业走向成功的关键。本文简要分析了当前我国软件企业加强人力资源开发与管理的重要性，并结合软件企业人力资源现状与人力资源开发与管理中存在的问题，提出一些软件企业人力资源开发与管理的具体策略。

| Abstract: | Human resources are the most important resources in modern enterprises. How to effectively develop and manage human resources is the key factor for enterprises to be successfu. This thesis simply analyze the important of strengthening the human resources' development and management in Chinese software enterprises .Then ,the author, according to the problems lie in software enterprises human resources management, put forward some strategies to improve the human resources' management and development in software enterprises. |
