| 摘 要： | 人格障碍是指人格适应不良,又称“心理病态人格”。青年学生的人格障碍大致分为偏执型、分裂型、情感型、适应型和边缘型5种类型。社会、学校、家庭尤其是个性心理因素是形成青年学生人格障碍的主要原因。要塑造青年学生健全的人格,必须注意对他们的人性化教育,加强心理健康教育,构建学生健康人格价值参照系,建设一支既有健全人格又有专业技能的新型教师队伍。

| Abstract: | Personality barrier refers to the ill adaptation of personality,and it is also called "personality of morbid psychology".Generally speaking,young students' personality barrier can be categorized into the type of extremity,the type of division,the type of emotion,the type of adaptation,and the type of periphery.Society,school,family,and particularly individual psychological factors are the main cause for the formation of young students' personality barrier.To build young students' sound personality,attention must be paid to their individualized education,education of healthy psychology must be strengthened,reference of healthy personality Value must be constructed,and a new team of teachers with not only sound personality but also specified skill must also be built. |
