| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业人力资本的投资价值直接影响企业的创新能力，对于企业的生存和发展起着重要的作用。从企业可持续发展的需要出发，在对高新技术企业人力资本投资特征和基于价值链的人力资本投资活动分析的基础上，提出了高新技术企业人力资本投资策略，旨在为高新技术企业不断提升人力资本投资价值提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Human capital investment value of high-tech enterprise directly influences enterprises＇ innovating competence and has great significance for the existence and development of enterprises. From the requirements of enterprises＇ sustainable development, this paper puts forward human capital investment tactics of high-tech enterprise according to the analysis of human capital investment characteristics and human capital investment activity based on value chain, the purpose of which is to offer references for high-tech enterprise to continuously enhance human capital investment value. |
