| 摘 要： | 坚持实事求是原则 ,是实现科学领导的根本。党的各级领导干部能否在工作中坚持实事求是原则 ,对于党的事业关系极大。但如何在实践中坚持实事求是这个原则 ,从领导干部的主观方面看 ,要敢于坚持党性原则 ;要一切从实际出发 ,按照实际情况决定工作方针 ;要树立坚强的群众观点 ,尊重群众的首创精神 ;要始终坚持党的民主集中制和集体领导原则。只有在主观方面具备了这些基本要件 ,再加上客观条件的保证 ,实事求是原则就能贯彻到各项工作中去 ,我们党和国家的事业就会兴旺发达 ,既定的目标就会顺利实现

| Abstract: | It's of great significance for cadres at all levels to follow the practical and realistic principle in the scientific management. To apply it to practice, we should always adhere to the Party's policy, be realistic, respect the masses and their creative spirits and maintain the leadership of centralism on the basis of democracy. Only with the above subjective conditions and the guarantee of the objective conditions can we well carry out this principle to prosper the cause of our Party and the country and reach our set goal smoothly. |
