| 摘 要： | 首先分析和比较了国内外电子政务绩效评价体系，然后提出绩效评价体系只能是从多个层次和多个维度来进行设置，并给出了一个模型。该评价模型可以满足不同层次不同目的的评价需要，对中国电子政务评价体系的建设将有所裨益。
