| 摘 要： | 对两代学科馆员的角色进行比较,分析学科馆员角色的特性,包括其角色的有限性、层次性、不可替代性、中立性及主动性等特点，进而对高校图书馆学科馆员的角色定位进行思考，认为学科馆员的角色定位具有层次性，学科馆员角色的终极定位应该是学科情报教育专家。

| Abstract: | By comparing the roles of subject librarian between the first and the second generations and analyzing the characteristics of the subject librarians’ role (including limit、level、irreplaceability、neutral and initiative etc.), this paper studies about the role of subject librarian, putting forward that there are levels in the role identification of subject librarian, and the final identification is educational expert of subject information. |
